**Job Description**:
We are looking for a skilled Concrete Estimator with expertise in Parkades, high-rise buildings, and formwork construction to enhance our team. As the Concrete Estimator, your primary task will involve accurately assessing material costs and quantities required for these specialized projects. You will collaborate closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate project plans, drawings, and specifications for Parkades, high-rise buildings, and formwork projects.
- Calculate materials like concrete, rebar, formwork systems, and necessary accessories for these specialized projects.
- Estimate labor costs, equipment expenses, and other project-related costs specific to Parkades, high-rise buildings, and formwork construction.
- Gather quotations from specialized suppliers and subcontractors for required materials and services.
- Develop detailed cost estimates and proposals tailored to the distinct needs of Parkades, high-rise buildings, and formwork projects.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and conduct site visits to acquire project-specific details for precise estimates.
- Maintain and update a cost database with specialized pricing information for future reference.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure estimations align with the intricate requirements of Parkades, high-rise buildings, and formwork projects.
- Offer expertise on value engineering and opportunities for cost savings related to these specialized projects.
- Keep updated on industry trends, material prices, and construction techniques associated with Parkades, high-rise buildings, and formwork construction to improve estimating accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a Concrete Estimator in the construction industry, focusing on Parkades, high-rise buildings, and formwork projects.
- Proficient in construction estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- ProEst - Estimation software preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and adeptness with complex project requirements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet project deadlines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices and construction methods concerning Parkades, high-rise buildings, and formwork projects.
