**Job Overview**
We are looking for reliable and hardworking **Labourers** to join our team for the busy season. You’ll work alongside experienced installers to set up **Celebright Permanent Lights** on residential and commercial properties. This is a hands-on role that requires comfort working at heights, ladder experience, tool/drill experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. The position also involves traveling across Saskatchewan in a company work truck, though you will usually be home each night.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the installation of **Celebright Permanent Lights** on residential and commercial properties
- Safely set up and work from ladders at various heights
- Use drills, hand tools, and other equipment to complete installs
- Work efficiently as part of a crew to meet daily goals
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment
- Keep job sites organized and clean
- Interact with customers in a professional and respectful manner
