Art of Where is an on-demand manufacturer of custom printed fabrics, clothing, paper products and lots more We sell online and have customers all over the world.
We are hiring a customer outreach agent. Our customer service team communicates directly with our customers to help them create products, set up accounts, and solve problems.

Skills required for this position include:

- Excellent understanding of computers and navigating online.
- Good knowledge of word programs and some experience with excel and photoshop (for checking customer images as required).
- Courteous phone manner.
- A basic understanding of fabrics and/or sewing is an asset.

For this position you MUST:

- Be bilingual (French and English): we serve both the Quebec and international community
- Have 2-4 full days available from Monday to Friday to work during the day. (We can be flexible).
- Retain information during training. You’ll have a lot to learn-Communicate directly with clients to answer questions, solve problems, and educate clients about Art of Where products and services.
- Help customers set up and maintain their accounts.
- Convey information to management and team leads in an effort to maintain the expected level of quality across our products.
- Evaluate customer complaints and requests and respond appropriately within parameters set by management.
- Be able to work with our customers and your superiors to resolve problems.
- Must be able to handle sometimes stressful situations with customers.
- Offer upgraded shipping quotes to customers when requested.
Compensation:

- Salary starts at $17.21/hr
- An unpaid lunch break and 2 paid 15 min breaks.

- Art of Where est un fabricant à la demande de tissus, de vêtements, de produits en papier imprimés sur mesure et bien plus encore Nous vendons en ligne et avons des clients dans le monde entier.

Nous recrutons un agent de service à la clientèle. Notre équipe de service à la clientèle communique directement avec nos clients pour les aider à créer des produits, à ouvrir des comptes et à résoudre des problèmes.

Nos agents du service clientèle servent les clients par courrier électronique et par téléphone. Nous cherchons à pourvoir un poste de 16 à 32 heures par semaine.

Les compétences requises pour ce poste sont les suivantes
- De bonnes à excellentes compétences en dactylographie et une connaissance de la manière de répondre poliment aux courriels.
- Excellente compréhension des ordinateurs et de la navigation en ligne.
- Bonne connaissance des logiciels de traitement de texte et une certaine expérience d'Excel et de Photoshop (pour vérifier les images des clients, le cas échéant).
- Vous devez avoir une attitude courtoise au téléphone.
- Une connaissance de base des tissus et/ou de la couture est un atout.

Pour ce poste, vous DEVEZ
- Être bilingue (français et anglais) : nous servons à la fois la communauté québécoise et internationale.
- Avoir 2 à 4 jours complets disponibles du lundi au vendredi pour travailler durant la journée. (Nous pouvons être flexibles).
- Conserver les informations pendant la formation. Vous aurez beaucoup à apprendre -Communiquer directement avec les clients pour répondre aux questions, résoudre les problèmes et éduquer les clients sur les produits et services d'Art of Where.
- Aider les clients à créer et à gérer leurs comptes.
- Vous êtes en charge de l'organisation et de la mise en œuvre de l'ensemble des activités de l'entreprise, de la conception à la mise en œuvre des projets.
- Évaluer les plaintes et les demandes des clients et y répondre de manière appropriée dans le cadre des paramètres définis par la direction.
- Vous devez être capable de travailler avec nos clients et vos supérieurs pour résoudre les problèmes.
- Vous devez être capable de gérer des situations parfois stressantes avec les clients.
- Proposer des devis d'expédition améliorés aux clients qui en font la demande.

Rémunération:

- Le salaire commence à 17,21 $ par heure.
- Une pause déjeuner non rémunérée et 2 pauses de 15 minutes rémunérées.
