This position will maintain excellent relationships with Construction Managers, Superintendents and external vendors/clients to ensure that bids are submitted competitively, accurately and on time.

**Requirements**:

- 3 Years of Project Coordinating experience required.
- Estimating experience an asset
- Completion of post-secondary education would be an asset but not a requirement
- Understanding of construction methodology, documents and the ability to assess their completeness
- Strong computer background including experience with Microsoft Project, outlook, excel, and other key estimating and scheduling tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Assist in resource allocation, budget tracking, and cost management for projects.
- Foster effective communication among team members, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- construction estimating: 2 years (preferred)
- construction project coordinator: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
