**Overview**

**Duties**
- Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Pour, and finish concrete according to project requirements, utilizing hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation and renovation of concrete structures.
- Inspect finished work for quality assurance, making adjustments as necessary to meet standards.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in concrete finishing, including knowledge of concrete forming techniques.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in concrete work.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with construction work.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
