**Are you ready to join the adventure? We’re seeking talented individuals with a passion for excellence in guest services. Lüft is a multi-faceted space where guests can check-in, connect with friends or grab a bite while lounging in the comfort of our beautifully designed lobby.**

**We are actively recruiting for 6 positions, 2 of which will be dedicated overnight Gust Service Guides who will be eligible for a shift premium**

Your role is to act as a guide through the Lüft experience ensuring each guest receives quality service and dedication while assisting them through menu selection, beverage choices, and hotel room self-check-in.

**F&B/Guest Services Guide Key Roles**:

- Be enthusiastic, professional, and hospitable
- Ensure every guest leaves happy and satisfied by providing a hospitable guest experience
- Provide the suggestions/recommendations for food and beverages based on their wants or needs
- Has extensive knowledge on menu and ingredient nutritional qualities
- Executes menu items by managing food and beverage quality, portion control and presentation through 100% recipe adherence
- Possess a sincere attitude to be of service to others with a desire to succeed
- Answering phone calls and processing check in and check out according to VRGE Revelstoke procedures
- Being knowledgeable of all hotel facilities and services
- Provide correct and compelling tourist and destination information to guests and owners
- Operational standards adherence for execution, organization, and cleanliness
- Graciously handling all guest concerns in a timely manner, alerting the Manager and involving them when necessary
- Other relevant and related duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a high-paced environment
- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- Confident in striking up conversation and connecting with guests in a positive and upbeat manner
- Required certifications to responsibly serve alcohol
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to carry and lift items weighing 40lbs, must be able to stoop and bend
- Accurate cash handling
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods of time to continuously perform essential job functions
