As a Service Advisor, you will provide top-notch customer service, develop an understanding on the repair process, and handle all customer inquires or complaints.

If you have strong problem-solving, superb communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, join us as a Service Advisor and become an essential part of our team.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assists all customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements ensuring optimum customer service.
- Responds to customer’s inquiries in a timely and accurate manner according to the policy of the dealership.
- Schedules service appointments. Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
- Creates/opens work orders for new customers and service; closes orders as appropriate.
- Invoices work orders and accepts payments from customers; submits reports and receipts to accounting.
- Provides quotes or estimates to customers regarding service needed.
- Advises customers of current status of their vehicle as well as any additional work that may be required.
- Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience in automotive field.
- 1-2 years of experience as Service Advisor is an asset.
- CDK experience.
- Aptitude for numbers.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
