**What it’s like to be a Northbridge Claims Investigator**
As a Claims Investigator, you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. The Claims Investigator is responsible for identifying and investigating allegations, irregularities, or potentially fraudulent activities of moderate complexity which directly affects the operational and financial interests of NBFC. The Claims Investigator is responsible for delivering Northbridge's industry leading service in accordance with established investigative best practices.
**We want your talent**
**If you are great at**:
- Investigating fraudulent cases
- Identifying, and analyzing relevant evidence and other information
- Presenting findings to groups of Claims Professionals
- Providing extreme details on findings
- Effectively managing a busy day to day schedule
**You have**:
- Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program
- Completed or working towards the CIP designation an asset
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry
- A thorough knowledge of insurance claims and adjusting practices particularly those related to Commercial Auto Property Damage and Transportation and Logistics.
- Strong experience with MS Office in particular ability to create dynamic presentations using MS PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively communicate findings and evidence in a clear and direct manner
