Welcome to **Amalfi’s Trattoria & Bar**, where the beach meets the bold flavours of southern Italy. We're a lively, high-volume hotspot in **Crystal Beach**, known for good vibes, great wine, and our famous wood-fired pizza.

Our oven burns hot, our team runs cool, and we're looking for a **Pizza Chef** who knows their crust from their calzone and isn't afraid of a little flour in their hair.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Craft drool-worthy, authentic pizzas from scratch in our wood-fired oven
- Stretch dough like a boss—no rolling pins, just skill
- Handle high-volume service with a smile (and maybe a bit of sass)
- Collaborate with a fun, fast-moving kitchen team
- Help with daily prep, kitchen cleanliness, and keeping things tight
- Flex your creative muscle with new pizza ideas and seasonal specials

**We’re Looking For Someone Who**:

- Has real experience with wood-fired pizza (bonus if you've worked high-volume)
- Moves fast but stays cool under pressure
- Loves Italian food and knows what good dough feels like
- Can handle the heat—literally and figuratively
- Brings good energy and a sense of humour to every shift
- Is reliable, organized, and doesn’t ghost after 2 days
