We are currently looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support our Team. If you are organized, detail oriented, enjoy working with people, are comfortable on the phones and are looking to develop your career in the insurance industry, we are looking for you

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Answering phones
- Assist with general inquires
- Greeting clients
- Receiving, sorting, preparing and posting mail and courier shipments; distributing faxes
- Scanning of documents
- The ability to pull reports (we will train)
- Assist with data entry
- Updating client files in our Broker Management System

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational, time and client management skills
- A team player with strong work ethic
- General insurance knowledge and industry experience or a willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, electronic file environment
- Ability to work a multi line phone system or willing to learn
- 1 year minimum (preferred) receptionist/admin or TSR experience in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of insurance company portals (preferred)
- Power Broker experience (preferred)
