**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly handled.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all meals are prepared in a safe environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and cooking techniques.

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety practices within the food industry.
- Proficient in meal preparation techniques, with an understanding of various cooking methods.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in food preparation and cooking.
- A passion for cooking and creating high-quality dishes that delight customers.
