Skanna Systems & Investigations Inc. is currently looking for a Full-time, Flexible-Shift Security Guard in Halton Hills, Ontario.

**Job details**:

- Reception security guard.
- Full-time.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Use telecommunications (i.e. two-way radio, cell phone, telephone paging systems). Enforce regulations of establishments.
- Respond to alarms, bomb threats, and other emergencies.
- Visitor Access Control.
- Maintain order and follow and adhere to post orders.
- Follow radio and emergency telephone procedures.
- Monitor security cameras.
- Operate security control room equipment.
- Patrolling.
- Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed.
- Detect or prevent thefts and vandalism.
- Report writing.

**Qualifications, Required License, or Certification**:

- Must possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License.
- CPR Level C Certified.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver’s license and consistent access to a vehicle.
- Must be available to do rotational shift work: mornings, afternoon & weekends.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional work ethics.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new computer programs.
- Exceptional Customer Service.
