We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and proactive professional who wants to join our team as a **FIELD SUPPORT SUPERVISOR.** This position reports to to the Operations Manager, and is responsible for the general supervision of employees. The successful applicant will be expected to supervise static sites and personnel, and will primarily act as the principle liaison and representative for Fusion Security.

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 5 years of basic security related experience
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
- Previous experience and recognizable skills in personnel management
- Extensive background and demonstrated skills in public relations training
- Experience and demonstrated skills in conflict resolution
- Superior command of the English language involving both oral and written communication
- Excel in a team environment
- Computer literate
- Good physical conditioning
- BST 1/Valid Security License
- Valid OFA Level 1 certification
- Clean Driver's Abstract with full valid BC Class 5 Driver's License

**_ Additional training to be considered an asset:_**
- Previous experience with administrative functions including scheduling and dispatch
- Crisis Prevention training
- OFA 2/3
- AST

**SHIFT DETAILS**:

- Full-time
- The team works out of our base of operations in **Burnaby,** transit accessible via bus and sky-train
