Our mission is to deliver the highest quality service in each interaction that reflects a strong and respectful culture. Fusion Security is seeking an experienced, energetic, and a customer-focused security professional for a position of Field Support Supervisor - Daytime or Graveyard (Overnight) 12-hour shifts . The successful candidate will be mainly responsible for field staff support and supervision. Strong knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures will be required. Other operational roles and duties in a supportive capacity may be assigned from time to time. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Conducting briefings for special coverage assignments Conducting impromptu and scheduled site visits and staff assessments Assisting with alarm response and building patrols Liaising between clients and site staff in emergency situations Conducting staff follow-up meetings for disciplinary issues Conducting intervention or assistance with employee emergencies or injuries Delivering of uniform and other items to field staff Auditing reports Other administrative responsibilities as directed by Fusion Security Management REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: At least 2 years of supervisory experience At least 3 years of security experience A valid BC Security License Certified in Occupational First Aid Level 1 Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record High school diploma is required at a minimum, however post secondary education is preferred SKILLS & ABILITIES: Excellent communication skills (including phone, email and report-writing) Strong computer skills (including use of Tracktik software) Attention to detail and ability to multi-task Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with staff and clients Strong organizing and planning skills Ability to work without close supervision Good physical condition COMPANY PERKS: Competitive Pay Rate Health Benefits Plan (we pay your premium) Paid Training Fitness Centre Membership (at Head Office) Exclusive access to discounts on over 5000 products & services within Canada Referral Bonus Program In order to be considered for this position, your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the requirements as outlined above.
