Goldarch Jewelry Making Inc. is a manufacturing and selling premium gold jewelry company. We are looking for a Jeweler to join our company. to help us create handmade jewelry of high quality. As a Jeweller, you will be responsible for creating inspired pieces of jewelry, using precious metals and gems, that will help us capture our target markets’ attention. The jewellery you create will be used to promote our company. A jeweller must have a keen eye for detail as well as artistic flair. It is essential to understand metals, gemstones, and the artistic side of jewellery making. Your role is to provide creative solutions that are consistent with our brand image. Finally, you should be able to create high-quality designs that demonstrate how we will capture the market's attention.

**Responsibilities**:

- Examine, cut, shape and polish diamonds and precious and synthetic gems
- Use a laser to clean, level, and perfectly align gem stones.
- Set gem stones in prongs or settings.
- Help customers choose gemstones, settings, and jewellery designs.
- Remove cuts and fractures from gem stones and diamonds by polishing them.
- Take rough stone measurements.
- Faceted gem stones and diamonds produce more brilliant gems.
- Using wax, a mould, or a lost-wax casting process, create models of the gem stone.
- Perform repairs on items that have been damaged or worn out over time.
- Appraise gemstones and diamonds to identify rare specimens and to detect peculiarity affecting stone values
- Keep inventory, sales, and repair records.
- Set precious and semi-precious stones in jewellery mountings

- Proficient with above mentioned techniques

**Salary**: $23.38 per hour
