Job Overview

Role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Supporting store operations related to cash management.
- Perform various account and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare supporting working papers for cash, sales and related accounts.
- Investigate discrepancies in cash balances and prepare accounting adjustments as needed.
- Communicate effectively to resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Other administrative, reporting and data entry duties as required.

Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of accounting experience however post-secondary education will be considered in lieu of experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software packages.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in accounting, business administration or related fields would be an asset.
- General knowledge of the retail industry would also be an asset.

- Team player who is passionate about supporting the overall success of the business.
- Confident asking for clarification and meticulous about following-up on accountabilities to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
- Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to produce high quality work free of errors.
- Must pass a basic security clearance.
- Must have reliable transportation.
