Established in 2013, **B&J Global Inc**. is an experienced third-party fulfillment warehouses in North America. With 100,000+ sf warehouse in Mississauga and Scarborough, the company is expanding our business to provide their industry-leading cross-border warehousing and logistics solutions. We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator with excellent career development opportunity to join our team and grow with us.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Maintain up-to-date billing system and accurate records of all financial transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Generate and send out invoices.
- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments.
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure that all payments are properly accounted for and that outstanding balances are accurate.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing and collection of payments.
- Prepare monthly reports on accounts receivable status and aging.
- Communicate with customers to resolve any billing issues, discrepancies, or disputes.
- Assist with other accounting tasks and projects as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the logistics/transportation industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail oriented with the strong ability to meet the deadline.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Able to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Mandarin speaking is preferred.

**Job Type**: Full-time
- 8 hours a day, Monday-Friday

**Location**:Mississauga, ON

- Monday to Friday

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
