We are searching for a Project Manager with experience in manufacturing. Our +150 000 sq.ft. facility provides project managers with a challenging but rewarding experience to learn, develop, and improve technical skills.
**Responsibilities**
- Communicate with customers during the initial introduction, review, project statuses, and delivery.
- Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, deliverables, and scope of work through departments in various stages of the manufacturing process.
- Evaluate, and process the scope of work for the designated project.
- Delegate project tasks to the appropriate departments and provide clear deadlines to complete the allocated responsibilities.
- Make use of the specified scheduling software and maintain the integrity of use through proper user input.
- Coordinate a weekly meeting with department supervisors to check in on project status, promote continuous workmanship, and adjust timelines, if necessary.
- Provide the client with regular updates weekly or monthly depending on the requested.
- Update the project management tool with updates as required to promote timely and smooth scheduling estimates/forecasting.
**Qualifications and Skill Requirements**
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient skills in the use of Microsoft Office software and general computer programs.
- General knowledge of evaluating computer-aided design (AutoCAD) is considered an asset.
- Neat, meticulous, detail-oriented, and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
**Salary**: From $72,000.00 per year
