The Estimator will gather all costs relating to a project and provide a professional quotation to clients. Take-offs will be produced and the Estimator will have complete knowledge of materials used in the landscape construction industry and best practices. The Estimator must be able to liaise with management and be open to learning, asking the right questions and producing results.

- Preparation of detailed estimates, quantity takeoffs including all labour, material and equipment costs - Assist in meetings with clients and partners
- Tender preparation
- Work closely with general contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers
- Identify new market opportunities
- Experience estimating concrete, interlock and exterior construction.
- Assist in project coordination and close-out
- Represent Avanti Landscaping at construction site meetings
- Knowledge of computers with strong proficiency in Excel - Word - OFFICE and basic estimation software

Must have your own transportation

Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year and possible sales commission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
