The Supervisor at Royal Majesty plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring that team members deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a commitment to creating a positive dining experience for all guests.

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts to ensure efficient operations.
- Train new staff on company policies, procedures, and best practices in customer service and food handling.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and enhance customer engagement.

Experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Additional Information: Must have their own vehicle

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
