**Job description**

Little Forest Dwellers is looking for a **full-time Early Childhood Educator** with a **Level 1, 2 or 3 Certification** We operate from 7 am to 5:30 pm Monday to Friday. we follow a play based and nature responsive model of learning with a child led emergent program based on the FLIGHT framework. You would be working with an amazing group of educators and children, you would have lots of outdoor nature exploration time

**Duties**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate experiences and activities for children in the classroom and outdoors
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to play, learn and grow
- Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Collaborate with other educators on the team
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns or updates
- Attend staff meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a group of children
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks
- Creative, energetic, good communicator and flexible

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
