It means you can help create an experience using a range of techniques and disciplines to collaboratively create protocols to address pain and injury in our clients so they can live their best life. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate psychologist to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in providing holistic healthcare services to our patients. You will utilize your expertise to assess, and treat various mental health conditions, with a focus on promoting overall wellness and maintaining a healthy balance.

**What you can expect as part of your role**:

- Administer psychological assessments and provide therapy to address patient concerns.
- Deliver evidence-based, culturally responsive and trauma-informed counselling.
- Educate patients about the principles and benefits of psychology, lifestyle modifications, and self-care practices to support their treatment plan and healing journey.
- Collaborate with other providers to incorporate their modalities to coordinate patient care and optimize and integrate treatment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records, including patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Participate in creating online content for the website and social media.

**What you bring to the team**:

- Degree in Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Valid practitioner licence and in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists or an accredited and recognized association and professional liability insurance.
- Clinical training in evidence based approaches such as CBT, DBT, SBFT, ACT, EMDR, EFT, ERP, Gottman method, etc.
- Strong understanding and adherence to professional ethics.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload within a dynamic work setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Maintain accurate patient records.
- Ability to work collaboratively, desire to grow as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Stay informed about the latest research, developments, and best practices through continuing education and professional development activities.
- First aid certification and criminal record check required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
