**HVAC Technician Apprentice - 313A / Gas Tech -G2**

360 Mechanical Group Ltd is a fast-growing mechanical contracting firm. We provide commercial and industrial HVAC installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairing services to the GTA’s leading school boards, hotel chains, food processing facilities, and condominium management companies.

Working under supervision of licensed 313A and G1 technician to perform installation, service calls and preventive maintenance of HVAC System. **We are currently looking for 2nd, 3rd and 4th year Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Apprentices to join our team**

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Provide own hand tools and light power tools
- Maintain service vehicle and equipment in good working order
- Diagnose the cause of problems and/or failures in heating/air conditioning/ventilation systems for the purpose of identifying equipment, systems repair and/or replacements
- Inspect HVAC systems and their components (e.g. heating units, building exhaust fans, ventilation units, etc.) to evaluate condition
- Identify necessary repairs and recommend preventive maintenance
- Install heating and air conditioning equipment and ventilation systems
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance of commercial rooftop heating and cooling equipment
- Prepare written materials (e.g. repair status, activity logs and work orders) as required
- Repair heating and air conditioning systems and/or components (e.g. pumps, motors, air handlers, fan coils, piping, etc.)
- On call rotations

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experienced team player with an industrial/commercial background
- Professional and able to work independently under mínimal supervision
- Ability to think, react and solve HVAC issues
- Deliver timely solutions based on our client’s needs
- Installation experience an asset

**Technical Skills Required**:

- 2nd, 3rd or 4th year Apprentice - Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Mechanic 313A, OR Sheet metal 308A
- Technologically inclined
- Clean driving record
- Police background check

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$30.00 per hour
