Vaughan Strength and Conditioning (VSC) is growing, and we’re looking to add a part-time coach to our team If you love fitness, coaching, and building positive connections with people, this could be a great fit for you.

**About Us**
At VSC, we provide a supportive, motivating environment where people of all levels can train hard, have fun, and achieve results. Our programming blends CrossFit-style classes (VSC Fitness Class) with structured strength training (StrengthWOD Class), as well as personal training opportunities.

**What We’re Looking For**
We’re seeking a coach who is:

- Positive, encouraging, and client-focused
- Effective in leading groups with energy and professionalism
- Skilled at demonstrating movements clearly and providing form corrections
- Comfortable coaching both CrossFit-style and strength-focused classes
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated to grow with our community

**Responsibilities**
- Lead group classes (CrossFit-style and StrengthWOD) with energy and engagement
- Provide movement demonstrations and offer safe, effective form corrections
- Deliver a motivating and inclusive training experience for all members
- Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to a supportive community
- Opportunities for personal training sessions (additional hours/income available)

**Qualifications**
- Coaching certification (CrossFit Level 1, CPT, or equivalent) required
- Prior group coaching or personal training experience an asset
- Strong communication and people skills
- Passion for fitness and continuous learning

Pay: $25.00-$50.00 per hour
