**Group Training Coach - Altitude Nation Training (Vaughan, ON)**

**About Us**
Altitude Nation is **Canada’s first and only full-scale simulated altitude training studio**, where science meets performance. Our group and personal training programs take place in a controlled 14% oxygen environment (equivalent to 11,500 ft above sea level), helping members train smarter, recover faster, and achieve results up to 30% faster than at sea level.

We’re looking for **motivated, knowledgeable, and high-energy Trainers** to join our team and help deliver a one-of-a-kind fitness experience that blends data, community, and performance.

**Pay**: $25-$40 per class/session

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver engaging, safe, and motivating workouts for members in both personal training and group sessions.
- Ensure every member receives individualized attention and correct exercise form while maintaining high energy throughout class.
- Assist in onboarding new members, performing fitness consultations, and supporting client retention.
- Collaborate with the Studio Manager and coaching team on performance and community goals.
- Contribute to creating a fun, professional, and inclusive atmosphere on and off the training floor.
- Demonstrate and modify exercises as needed for various fitness levels and limitations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Instructor (CanFitPro, CSEP, NASM, ISSA, ACE, or equivalent).
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification.
- 1+ year of experience in group coaching.
- Strong communication and motivational skills.
- Passion for helping others perform at their best.
- Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
