**Role**: Junior Business Analyst
**Status**: Fixed Term - 6-months
**Department**: Builder Division
**Division**: Enercare Home Services
**Location**: Markham - 4 days in office
**Position Overview**:
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business market operations through data-driven analysis and research. You will be responsible for gathering, validating, and maintaining data to assist in decision-making processes while developing essential analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research & Data Management:

- Conduct thorough research on business processes, market trends, and operational efficiencies.
- Retrieve, review, and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data searches using various sources and tools.
- Verify data by cross-referencing with source documents.
- Enter validated data into appropriate databases with efficiency and precision.
- Monitor existing datasets to ensure accuracy, performing updates when required.
- Reporting & Documentation:

- Prepare reports summarizing key findings and insights.
- Organize and file digital documents systematically for easy retrieval.
- Maintain timely turnaround for all data entry tasks.
- Collaboration & Problem-Solving:

- Work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Receive and execute tasks based on verbal and written direction.
- Communicate findings effectively to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skillsets
- Technical & Analytical Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and manipulation.
- Accurate typing and data entry skills to ensure information integrity.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail for error-free data management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills for effective task execution.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a capacity for analytical thinking.
