We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Junior Account Manager to help more local businesses with their organizational development needs. If you’re energized by people and eager to learn , this might be your next big step.
**What you’ll do**:
- Cold call and network to find new clients.
- Book sales meetings with existing clients for ongoing client relationship management.
- Attend client meetings alongside a Consultant or Manager, learning how to assess client needs and identify ways Homefield People and Strategy can help.
- Build monthly and weekly sales plans to contribute to Homefield People & Strategy's revenue target.
- Build productive relationships internally and externally, while developing a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Learn full-cycle sales, with the goal of becoming an Account Manager over time.
**Who you are**:
- You are eager and driven. This position requires picking up the phone, creative adjustments, and overcoming obstacles.
- Ready to take on a role that invests in your long-term growth.
- Interested in business and strategy, with curiosity, good instincts, and a desire to learn.
- A strong written and verbal communicator.
- Eager, adaptable, and resilient; experience in sales or customer-facing roles is an asset, but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
