Barkman Concrete is a Canadian family-owned company with the corporate office is in Steinbach, MB. Working alongside sales team members from other regions of western Canada, we are committed to long-term business relationships and staying on top of new market trends and opportunities. As a Territory Account Manager with Barkman your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Develop and maintain territory through networking, and building lasting relationships with dealers, and contractors leading to sales of Barkman product Identify new business opportunities for continued growth Partner with the sales team, leadership, and other stakeholders to increase sales and revenue within the territory to meet sales goals Communicate and work with various departments including Finance, Operations, Order-desk and Shipping to ensure orders are completed correctly Ensure customer satisfaction, providing information, support, and education on Barkman products With the assistance of Marketing provide content, branding, and displays to customers including updating/maintaining displays Participate in tradeshows, industry events, and customer support events Travel will be required to visit customers within the territory The ideal candidate will have: Knowledge of landscape, and construction industry Customer service experience Excellent professional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Critical thinking and solution focused Strong organizational and time management skills, effective prioritizing and follow-up Computer literacy (Outlook, Office , Teams, Excel, Epicor, etc.) Valid Driver’s license Barkman offers you group insurance, retirement savings plan, and incentive programs.
