Luxe Bistro is a busy modern steakhouse/bistro with multiple event spaces. We have been operating for over twenty years in the By-ward market.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years of bartending experience**:

- **Minimum 3 years of serving experience**:

- Strong working knowledge of **spirits, wine, and beer**:

- Experience with **craft cocktails** and **high end wine service**:

- A polished and **professional**approach to bartending/ serving
- Passion for **hospitality**:

- **Self-starter**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Mix and serve cocktails to spec and speed
- Provide recommendations for wine, beer and cocktails
- Provide oustanding service to bar guests and create for drinks for restaurant service
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and bar setup
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Assist with inventory and stock rotation
- Execute daily and weekly cleaning, prep, and closing duties
