You will also represent Zurich Canada on select strategy and strategic execution topics with the Region and / or Global Zurich Strategy teams.- This is a unique opportunity to build your knowledge and experience for the future in a supportive environment where your voice matters.- This is a Hybrid role.**What you will do**:
- Drive and support select strategy development and strategy execution activities of Zurich Canada, as well as provide analytical support as part of the development/review/documenting of corporate strategies
- Support Zurich Canada's corporate development activities, including—but not limited to—target company profiling, due diligence, business case development, and document preparation.
- Evaluate the business operating environment, identify possible opportunities/issues, and assist in developing solutions to support the achievement of strategic and operational business objectives.
- Engaged in defining the value proposition of designated area/business unit in alignment with local and Group strategy.
- Support in designing and developing executive presentation materials and assist in the communication of strategy for key internal and external stakeholders
- Maintains a current analysis of the business’ position relative to its goals and objectives.
- Provides robust proprietary research and analytical solutions along key strategic areas.
- Co-leads or manages relevant workstreams or projects to ensure completion of key deliverables.
- Coach, mentor, and develop other members of the team.
**Job Qualifications**
**What you bring to the table**:
**Required**:
- Bachelors Degree and 5 or more years of experience in Strategic Management
AND- Travel 5%-10%
**Preferred**:
- Master's Degree.
- Project Management experience.
- Insurance industry experience.
