**The Role**

We’re looking for **Consulting Managers** who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Senior Consultant, this means partnering with clients and project stakeholders, and colleagues. In addition to enabling consulting excellence through the Five Pillars of Consulting, the specific requirements for this position are below.

**Responsibilities**
- Based on experience, support or own and manage one or more project workstream(s), including deliverables, while adhering to budget, timelines, and client engagement guidelines;
- Lead consulting engagements with end-to-end project management responsibility
- Develop and drive strategic initiatives while managing timeline, resources, and deliverables
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments and lead difficult conversations when necessary
- Create and present high-level, concise client deliverables that effectively communicate key messages
- Develop both immediately actionable recommendations and innovative future state solutions
- Guide and mentor team members
- Translate strategic concepts into practical recommendations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships at multiple organizational levels
- Develop practice capabilities and brand recognition by exercising thought leadership, establishing a consultative presence within Cognizant and the wider consulting community, and participating in professional organizations;

**Qualifications**
- Completed MBA from top tier Business School
- 5-7 years of experience in a management consulting style role
- Proven track record in project management and client relationship management
- Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities balanced with operational implementation expertise
- Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to influence key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to develop concise, high-impact client deliverables
- Experience leading teams and mentoring colleagues
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights
- Solid Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint is required
- Willingness to travel
