**Duties**
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Provide detailed menu information to guests, including daily specials and recommendations, while effectively upselling menu items.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist in food preparation as needed during busy periods or special events.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred; restaurant experience is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
