**My main responsibilities**
- Achieving dishes ordered on your station in a high-volume catering environment;
- Preparing and setting up of different workstations;
- Assist the Chef Cook in all aspects of kitchen operations;
- Cleaning the station and participation in cleaning activities in the kitchen;
- Respect of hygiene and sanitary standards established by the Company;
- General cleaning during downtime;
- Assist the diver when required;
- Any other related tasks requested related to the kitchen operations requested by the Chef de Cuisine;
