**Job Overview**:
The Shipping/Receiving Clerk is responsible for ensuring that all documentation, communication and organization of FG and Bulk shipments both on the receiving and distribution are completed accurately, efficiently and timely as well as supporting the overall Shipping and Receiving team to meet business needs and expectations.

**Shift Available**:

- Continental Night shift: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

**Location**:

- 415 Railside Dr, Brampton, ON L7A 1E1

**Key Responsibility**
- Follow company’s health and safety program, rules and procedures and work in compliance with health and safety-related legislation and codes
- Report all incidents, injuries, illnesses, and near misses to your supervisor
- Ensure Drivers understand, follow and sign off on all docking safety procedures
- Report to supervisor any hazardous or unsafe conditions, absence or defects in equipment and any contravention of health and safety legislation
- Must have excellent stress management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Working knowledge of health & safety requirements
- Must be deadline oriented with an ability to work with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment.
- Must have basic knowledge of HACCP/GMP requirements.
- Must have the ability to work in a team, and/or under mínimal supervision
- Ensure timely processing BOL and shipping documents.
- All orders Utilizing FEFO, first expired first out, method as well as correct minimum shelf-life requirements.
- Maintaining an accurate database, FG inventory, holds and releases

**Recipe for Success**:

- Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of relevant shipping and receiving experience
- Must have excellent stress management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Working knowledge of health & safety requirements
- Must be deadline oriented with an ability to work with a sense of urgency
- Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment
- Must have basic knowledge of HACCP/GMP requirements
