We're looking for an **IT Support Analyst** in **Winnipeg** to join our team.

Clear Concepts is an IT award-winning company based in Winnipeg. We have been in business for 20 years, assessing, deploying, and maintaining technology for business and non-profit organizations in Healthcare, Education, Transportation, etc. not only in Winnipeg but throughout Western Canada.

We are looking for an **adaptable**, **self-motivated**, and **passionate** IT Support Analyst. This role is very client-focused, requiring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a professional image, as you will play a key role in supporting our high-profile clients.
- Post-Secondary Certificate or equivalent in Network and Computer Technology; Cyber Security; Cloud Administration or similar is required (e.g. non-specialized bachelor's degree or business-related community college diploma)
- 1+ years of experience in a technology environment or similar role
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 - including user account creation and administration, mailbox creation and administration
- Excellent working knowledge of Windows Desktop operating systems (Windows 7, 10 and 11)
- Good understanding of networking (Modems, Firewalls, Switches, VPNs etc.)
- General understanding of Windows Server operating systems
- Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
- Available to work Monday through Friday, as well as occasional evenings and weekends and for occasional travel to other cities as required
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Relevant valid industry certifications are an asset
