**Overview**:
The Terminal Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day operations of our cross-docking warehouse and equipment yard in Moncton, New Brunswick.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct Road Tests with prospective drivers
- Collect and transmit the road test documentation
- Train on Pre-Trip, e-Logs, Reefer operations, how to use vehicle accessories (APU, Inverters, etc.)
- Maintain Equipment cleanliness and inspect for damage
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to diagnose and recommend action required
- Arrange oil changes and minor repairs to equipment at local service centers
- Shunting trucks and trailers in the yard
- Using a forklift, loading, unloading, and re-arranging freight on dry vans and flatbed as needed
- Manage flatbed equipment inventory
- Deliver and pick up freight locally and regionally on a 53' trailer as needed
- Dispatch local drivers for timely regional freight deliveries and pickups
- Outsource deliveries and pickups with local and regional partners
- Collect, store and transmit delivery documents in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of the company and its clients' freight movements through the warehouse
- Manage cross-docking loads
- Work closely with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to timely and accurately bill clients
- Provide support to the upper management team
- Promote the company's services, maintain healthy relationships with existing and attract new clients
- Make supplies purchases for local operations
- Other duties as assigned   

**Qualifications**:

- Class 1/AZ License with minimum 3 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Forklift License
- Demonstrated ability to train others
- Driver Trainer Certificate preferred

**Other Qualifications**:

- Ability to self-manage time and meet goals
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime and off-shifts as required

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
