As our **Brand Marketing Manager**, you’ll lead a talented creative team and oversee projects that bring our brand to life across every channel. From designing scroll-stopping social media campaigns to creating cozy in-store experiences, you’ll be at the heart of shaping a brand that helps Canadians sleep better. **Your Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with the Director of Omnichannel Marketing to craft and execute a brand and
content strategy that aligns with business goals.
- Act as the voice of the brand, ensuring consistency and authenticity across all
messaging and creative elements.
- Lead and inspire a team of creatives, including copywriters, designers, photographers,
and social media specialists.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative, high-performing team environment by providing
constructive feedback and nurturing professional growth.
- Oversee content across key touchpoints, including:
Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **In-Store Materials**: Packaging, signage, and displays that elevate the shopping experience.
- **External Media**: Paid ads, affiliate content, and PR materials that expand our reach.
- Own and manage the content calendar to ensure every campaign is delivered on time
and exceeds expectations (because we always aim to wow).
- Coordinate with internal teams and third-party agencies to execute multi-channel
campaigns effectively.
- Analyze metrics like website traffic, engagement, and campaign ROI to measure
success and use insights to continuously refine strategies and drive innovation.
- Stay on top of industry trends, retail best practices, and emerging technologies to keep QE Home ahead of the curve.
**What We’re Looking For** **Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years in content management and brand marketing, with a strong track record in
consumer goods or retail industries.
- Proven ability to lead creative teams and manage cross-functional projects across an
omnichannel experience.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and the latest retail trends
(because staying up-to-date is key).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and content management systems
(e.g., BigCommerce).

**Compensation**:
The range for this position is $70,000-$85,000 CAD per year based on your qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
