We are looking for an experienced and professional Automotive Service Advisor/Admin Person to join our team. As the Automotive Service Advisor/Admin Person, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance, and performing various administrative tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome.
- Listen to customers' concerns and provide accurate information about their vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Schedule appointments and manage work orders using our internal systems.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure that work is completed efficiently and accurately.
- Provide customers with updates on the status of their vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Prepare estimates for customers and explain the repair process and costs.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive repair shop or dealership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $36,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
