**Responsibilities**:
- Description des tâches
- Atteindre les objectifs face aux prévisions de ventes ainsi qu’au niveau des stocks, assurer un bon service à la clientèle, surveiller le ICSL et les stocks de sécurité pour le catalogue défini.
- Réviser le catalogue de prévision de ventes et de la production d’un pays ou d’un groupe de pays à court, moyen et long terme, en termes de quantité et de valeur.
- Commander les marchandises des sites de production, fournisseurs et sous-traitants, et les suivre en assurant de remplir les attentes du plan de ventes en termes de quantité et de valeur.
- Communiquer, gérer et régler les problèmes d’approvisionnement actuels et potentiels.
- Maintenir et réviser le plan de données de base dans SAP afin d’appliquer des stratégies de réapprovisionnement et de tenue de l’inventaire.
- Tâches supplémentaires
- Coordonner les activités des sous-traitants en veillant sur la disponibilité, la gestion des coûts, l’horaire de production ainsi que l’approvisionnement des matières premières.
- Coordonner les activités d’importation.
- Assurer que les prévisions de ventes à partir des autres départements sont à temps et exactes (promotions, lancements, produits discontinués)
- Préparer les rapports de données pour les rencontres et les évaluations bimensuelles.
- Gérer les tâches liées à la chaîne d’approvisionnement par rapport à la qualité des produits.
- Effectuer la gestion d’entrée et sortie des marchandises
- S’assurer de l’amélioration continue de l’efficacité des opérations (processus d’améliorations, nouvelles solutions liées à la chaîne d’approvisionnement, support aux appels d’offres centraux).
**Qualifications**:
- Baccalauréat en affaires et administration ou en ingénierie industrielle
- OU
- Formation professionnelle en administration des affaires ou équivalent et un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans les fonctions de chaîne d’approvisionnement.
- 2 ans d’expérience en planification de la demande dans une société de biens de consommation.
- Bonne connaissance des programmes MS-Office, particulièrement Excel.
- Être bilingue (français/anglais)
