Supply Chain Coordinator

SUMMARY

White Ash Group is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support purchasing, logistics, and supply planning activities under the supervision of the Director of Finance. This role plays a key part in coordinating the flow of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods while working closely with cross-functional teams across operations, finance, and production.

This position is well suited for someone with experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, or procurement who enjoys working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate procurement and supply activities for raw materials (including cannabis biomass), consumables, and components required for manufacturing and shipping finished products
• Support supply planning and scheduling for raw materials and finished goods in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Assist with supplier sourcing, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
• Support supplier negotiations and annual contract renewals alongside cross-functional teams
• Maintain and update purchasing and supplier information within the ERP system
• Assist with logistics coordination, inventory tracking, and reporting
• Generate reports and basic KPIs to support supply chain visibility and cost control

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain coordination, logistics, procurement, or a related role
• Bilingual in French and English (Spanish is an asset)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a changing and growing environment

White Ash Group est à la recherche d'un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) de la chaîne d'approvisionnement afin de soutenir les activités d'approvisionnement, de logistique et de planification, sous la supervision du Directeur des finances. Le rôle vise à assurer la coordination efficace des matières premières, des consommables et des produits finis, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes des opérations, des finances et de la production.

Ce poste s'adresse à une personne organisée et proactive, à l'aise dans un environnement en croissance et en constante évolution.

RESPONSABILITÉS

• Coordonner les activités d'approvisionnement pour les matières premières (incluant la biomasse de cannabis), les consommables et les composantes nécessaires à la fabrication et à l'expédition des produits finis
• Soutenir la planification et l'ordonnancement de l'approvisionnement des matières premières et des produits finis, en collaboration avec les équipes internes
• Participer à l'identification, à l'intégration et au maintien des relations avec les fournisseurs
• Appuyer les négociations avec les fournisseurs ainsi que les renouvellements annuels de contrats, en collaboration avec les équipes interfonctionnelles
• Assurer la gestion et la mise à jour des volets « Achats » et « Fournisseurs » dans le système ERP
• Soutenir la coordination logistique, le suivi des inventaires et la production de rapports
• Contribuer à la préparation de rapports et d'indicateurs de performance (KPI) afin d'assurer la visibilité et le contrôle des coûts de la chaîne d'approvisionnement

QUALIFICATIONS

• Baccalauréat en administration, logistique, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou domaine connexe
• 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de coordination en chaîne d'approvisionnement, logistique ou approvisionnement
• Bilinguisme français et anglais requis (espagnol un atout)
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et orale
• Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Expérience avec un système ERP (progiciel de gestion intégré)
• Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et souci du détail
• Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement en changement
