We are seeking a **Global Energy Client Liaison** to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in building, maintaining, and enhancing client relationships on a global scale, ensuring seamless communication and fostering trust in every interaction.

**Your Role and Responsibilities**

As the **Global Energy Client Liaison**, you will:

- **Act as the primary contact** for global clients, ensuring timely communication and resolution of inquiries, service requests, and escalations.
- **Collaborate with internal teams** including engineering, sales, and project management to address client needs effectively.
- **Develop and maintain client relationships**, ensuring alignment with their energy objectives and long-term satisfaction.
- **Oversee communication strategies** for international projects, ensuring transparency and proactive engagement.
- **Provide expert advice** on Hitachi Energy’s solutions, services, and systems tailored to client requirements.
- **Coordinate service delivery**, including scheduling, updates, and after-action reviews for client projects.
- **Analyze feedback and performance metrics** to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Represent the company at **global events, conferences, and business development forums**, showcasing Hitachi Energy’s commitment to client success.

**Your Background**

To excel in this role, you should have:

- A **bachelor’s degree** in Business, Engineering, or a related field (a master’s degree is a plus).
- **5+ years of experience** in client relations, account management, or a similar role within the energy or technology sector.
- Exceptional **communication and interpersonal skills**, with an ability to manage relationships across cultures and time zones.
- A strong understanding of **energy systems, power grids, and sustainable solutions**.
- Proficiency in **CRM tools** and digital communication platforms.
- A proven ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization while delivering client-centric results.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Multilingual capabilities to manage clients in diverse regions.
- Familiarity with Hitachi Energy products and services.
