Our Energy Conservation team is on a mission to make a difference in energy consumption within the province of Ontario. Our highly dedicated team educates, supports, and reward manufacturing and greenhouse customers to help them use natural gas more efficiently. In this role as an **Advisor
- Energy Conservation**, you will be delivering Enbridge’s Energy Conservation programs directly to customers.

**What You Will Do**:

- Build successful customer relationships that will enable you to understand customer’s needs and business challenges and use your experience and knowledge to mitigate barriers to energy efficiency project implementation.
- Proactive outreach to assigned accounts, including site walk-throughs, to assist customers with the identification, business screening and technical evaluation of potential energy conservation opportunities to improve operational efficiencies in pursuit of natural gas savings.
- Provide accurate and timely personal outlooks and forecasts for current year energy conservation delivery results. Timely input of project details into CRM tracking system for all potential, active, and completed projects.
- Identify and quantify savings potential for all opportunities and projects using commonly acceptable engineering practices and DSM-specific calculators. Ability to translate complex engineering concepts to less technical customers and staff is essential.
- Establish alliances with business partners (contractors, equipment suppliers and manufacturers, consulting engineers, etc.) to optimize results.
- Attend and present energy efficiency programs at customer meetings, applicable trade shows and energy forums and events. Promoting energy conservation and representing the Enbridge brand.
- Work cooperatively with team members and cross boundary colleges to complete assigned work safely, accurately and on time while demonstrating key competencies.

**Who You Are**:

- Post-secondary degree in Engineering (preferred mechanical, chemical or electrical). Minimum four or more years of project engineering or project management experience in commercial sector environments.
- Strong technical and analytical proficiency.
- Self-motivated, self-starter, able to operate independently but work with a team of like-minded professionals.
- Customer and results focused.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication ability and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to co-ordinate multiple projects while managing personal time.
- Strong relationship building, problem solving skills and negotiation skills.
- Passion for upholding Enbridge's core values of Safety, Integrity, Respect, and Inclusion along with our ways of working.

**Preferred skills**:

- Membership in Professional Engineers of Ontario or within Canadian jurisdiction or working towards it.

**Working Conditions**:
This role is a mix of office based (60%) and field based (40%) and requires travelling mainly within Ontario including overnight. Valid driver’s license with a responsible driving record is needed. #LIHYBRID
