**Overview**

**Duties**
- Raking Asphalt
- Operating Paving Equipment
- Execute paving tasks with precision, including asphalt paving techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety compliance.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction with a focus on paving operations.
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation in the paving industry and ability to finish grade.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively on-site.

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 60 - 70 per week
