Production Worker

Due to our continued growth we have immediate openings for full time production worker to join our team at our Fergus location. Moderate lifting is required with some tasks requiring the lifting of up to 25 kg. Attention to detail is a must. Shift is Monday through Thursday 7 - 4:30 and Friday until Noon. Safety shoes are required with all other protective/safety equipment provided

**Duties**:

- Operate machinery and equipment in a production environment
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Package finished products for shipment or distribution
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a production worker preferred, but not required
- Team leader experience is an asset
- Ability to operate a forklift is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
