We are an authentic, welcoming community that provides professional, high-quality yoga and Pilates. We support individuals of all ages and abilities to reach their lifestyle goals, whether they are beginners who can't touch their toes or veterans who can stand on their heads. As a training facility, we continually pursue excellence through a modern, scientific lens in our teaching approach.

The Game Plan:

- **Be the Experience Architect**: Warmly welcome clients, address questions, resolve concerns, and ensure everyone feels part of our community.
- **Drive Sales & Membership Growth**: Promote memberships, packages, and special events to meet and exceed sales goals.
- **Community Connection**: Build solid relationships with clients and act as the point of contact for feedback and inquiries.
- **Manage the Daily Flow**: Manage the front desk alongside your colleagues, organize the space, and ensure a welcoming environment to keep the studio running smoothly.

Your Superpowers:

- **Your Journey**: 2+ years in customer service and sales (preferably in wellness or fitness)
- **Tech Wizard**: Proficient with lead-tracking software, scheduling tools, and social media platforms
- **Multitasking Pro**: Excellent ability to stay organized and handle multiple priorities with ease
- **Team Player**: Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to motivate staff
- **Calm in the Chaos**: Ability to thrive in a busy, high-energy environment
- **Bonus**: A personal practice in Pilates or yoga is a plus
