**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their animal companions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar
- Maintain accurate records of patient information in the system
- Assist with billing and processing payments
- General housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized workspace

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a post secondary program (Veterinary Office/Reception, Veterinary Assistant, RVT) and experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Outlook, Word) and knowledge of veterinary software systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service including payment services is a plus
- A true love of animals

**Hours**

Daytime, evenings and Saturdays

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 20 per week

**Experience**:

- Veterinary Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
