Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Window Cleaner to join our team. As a Window Cleaner, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining windows in commercial and residential buildings. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.

**Duties**:

- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and frames using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools
- Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows to ensure a streak-free finish
- Use power tools, such as pressure washers, to clean exterior windows
- Operate hand tools, such as squeegees and scrapers, to remove debris from windows
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed when working at heights or using ladders
- Communicate with customers to understand their specific window cleaning needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Perform other custodial or facilities maintenance tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial and residential window cleaning mandatory (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and address their needs effectively
- Knowledge of different cleaning solutions and techniques for various types of windows
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in window cleaning
- Attention to detail to ensure windows are thoroughly cleaned and free of streaks

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

**Experience**:

- Window cleaning: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)
