The Window Doctor has been serving Northern Ontario for over 25 years. We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic individuals interested in joining our team. The position entails working at heights, off extension ladders up to 28.5 feet without being tied off, Elevated Work Platforms and extension pole ground work, so being physically fit is an asset. This role is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone who loves the outdoors and dealing with people. The ideal individual is hard-working, coach-able, and has effective communication skills. This role will involve both physical window cleaning as well as other marketing and customer-service duties in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are looking for someone to join the family long-term and provide a senior/leadership type personality to our dynamic crew. **Responsibilities** - Perform thorough cleaning of windows using appropriate techniques and tools to ensure a streak-free finish. - Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete cleaning tasks. - Maintain communication with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. - Manage time efficiently to meet cleaning schedules while adhering to safety and quality standards. - Assist in facilities maintenance as needed, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour Additional pay: - Bonus pay - Commission pay - Overtime pay - Tips **Benefits**: - Dental care - Vision care Flexible language requirement: - French not required Schedule: - 10 hour shift - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Monday to Friday - Weekends as needed **Experience**: - Commercial window cleaning: 2 years (required) - Residential window cleaning: 2 years (required) Licence/Certification: - Working at Heights Certificate (preferred) - Class G Licence (required) Willingness to travel: - 25% (preferred) Work Location: In person
