**Warehouse and Inventory Clerk**

**Job Purpose**:
The purpose of this position is to oversee the flow of inventory within the company.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily cycle counts.
- Perform inventory transfers for all outgoing materials.
- Reconcile actual stock balance against the stock report and initiate required adjustment.
- Organizing and labeling inventory storage areas.
- Investigating and resolving all inventory discrepancies through audits.
- Assist in QC quality audits.
- Assist receiving team regular audits of the warehouse materials to ensure they are undamaged and stored neatly.
- Acceptance of miscellaneous duties as required.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in the warehouse or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of materials management principles.
- Knowledge and understanding of windows and doors products is an asset.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is an asset.
- Good familiarity with MS Excel and MS word is required.
- Highly skilled at building and maintaining effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

**Education**:

- Post secondary education.
