**Inventory Control Clerk**
Position Summary

We are Team Convoy, we are a distributor of construction materials, we supply roofing, building envelope and below grade materials and we want folks with great people skills on our team because, in the end - people make all the difference.
We’re looking for self-sufficient, motivated Inventory Control Clerk for our Calgary, AB branch, located at 3716 64 Avenue SE, who want to help us expand our fast-growing business.
**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and maintain current inventory levels, including reconciliation of stock volumes compared to reports
- Implement inventory procedures
- Monitor slow moving inventory
- Inspect product shipments for accuracy and resolve discrepancies between purchases orders and what was received
- Approve invoices for payment
- Receive stock and deal with vendors if discrepancy appears
- Process and document returns
- Process interbranch transfers
**Requirements**
- 2 years warehouse inventory control experience
- Data base management skills
- Ability to analyze data and resolve issues
- Organized, detail oriented, reliable
- Forklift experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills
- Great organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in high volume/transaction environment
- Be reliable and a team player
